Dezember 2020 nahm das Unternehmen zudem den Betrieb der Linie RE 4 auf. Am 1. Februar 2022 wurden die Linien RE 1 (RRX) und RE 11 (RRX) im Rahmen eines Notvergabeverfahrens übernommen. Im Februar 2023 erhielt National Express den Zuschlag für die Neuausschreibung des langfristigen Betriebs dieser Linien.
